<DIV class=RTE>Hi! I have received several emails regarding the emails that everyone has received from other people on the listserv. I just wanted to clarify a few things for everyone.</DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>If you are receiving email from the listserv, it is because someone is emailing the listserv (using <A href="mailto:ntso@shsu.edu">ntso@shsu.edu</A> as the receiver) instead of using a particular person's email address. No one actually has your email address.</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>I have sent an email out asking everyone to please send their votes for the day of the monthly meeting DIRECTLY to me at <A href="mailto:roughneckbooks@hotmail.com">roughneckbooks@hotmail.com</A></DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>Therefore, you should not recieve anymore of these emails unless someone has accidentally emailed to the listserv. If this continues to be an issue, I will work on halting the postings until I read them. This may be the best alternative altogether. For now, I am going with the theory that most members just didn't realize their votes were being anounced to everyone.</DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>Please be patient with our listserv. The users are new and they are not trying to bombard your email with a bunch of spam. They are just attempting to participate.</DIV>
