[Shacs] ABET Accreditation

I am pleased to announce that the Department of Computer Science at  
Sam Houston State University has been accredited by the Computing  
Accreditation Commission Accreditation Board for Engineering and  
Technology.

I would like to express my thanks to all involved in the department  
achieving this goal.  In particular, the faculty in the department of  
Computer science has worked tirelessly to develop and maintain the  
procedures and documentation necessary for a successful conclusion.
