[Shacs] Great work on the rejuvinate Burris initiative!

There is more than one of him. I noticed Hartness wearing a Grinch tie  
yesterday, implying that either Hartness has turned to a life of petty  
thievery from Burris's office or he is in fact Burris Clone #2!
