Job Title: SQL Database Administrator

seeking an experienced local candidate to become our SQL Database
Administrator. This individual would be responsible for the
administration of the SQL Server environment including maintenance,
backup, and restoration operation strategies.

True Automation is the premier provider of property tax and appraisal
solutions in Texas, complimented by GIS Integration Services.

progressive software provider for county tax appraisal districts.
Non-Texas expansion has captured our interest and we are developing our
next generation software to enter the national market with out-of-state
contracts in place.

We are currently seeking an individual who has the following skills and
capabilities:

Requirements:
-	6+ years SQL Server database administration, including
Backup/Restore experience
-	Data model design
-	Performance tuning (profiler, index strategy, query tuning)
-	Writing stored procedures - from simple - to the complex
-	A high aptitude to tackle and solve problems
-	Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Desires:
-	Replication experience,
-	Understanding of SQL Server internal workings
-	Desire to make a positive impact on a company culture that is
focused on cross-company teamwork and doing the right thing for
customers
