Short Description:

Develop and maintain County web resources. Prefer exper. w/ LAMP, CMS,
Drupal. Requires BS. Salary: $50,460, benefits.

Long Description:

_Webmaster_

Non-supervisory position to analyze requirements, document, write and
test new applications. Manage and develop existing and new web resources
to meet County's existing and future needs. The Webmaster is the primary
developer and maintainer of all web-related sites, programs, scripts,
and applications and acts as primary contact for all maintenance issues
and activities, including assisting in the development of end-user
training programs and assistance with report generation and delivery
over the web. Preferred skills: experience programming in a Unix/Windows
mixed environment, strong knowledge of standard and RAD development
tools, editors, version control systems, OOP techniques; data modeling,
data-aware applications development, SQL, Web Content Management Systems
and graphic editing. Experience with scripting, embedded and markup
languages and development techniques including VBScript, JavaScript,
Active Server Pages and PHP, Dynamic HTML, XML, Cascading Style Sheets,
and the Document Object Model. Some on-call, after hours and/or
weekend/holiday work may be required. Requires BS in Computer Science or
related field, or equivalent experience. Salary: $50,460 plus excellent
