[Shacs] Shifts in the reading of the 2nd amendment

This isn't really computer related, but seeing as how many of the people
on this list enjoy firearms and shooting, I figured y'all may still find
it interesting. In fact, the decision in the article happened a few
weeks ago, so many of y'all may have already heard about it, but this
article by the NY times still makes for an interesting read. If you
haven't heard about it, basically, the D.C. Circuit held the D.C. law
banning ownership of guns within the city to be unconstitutional on 2nd
amendment grounds. The article discusses the recent changes in
scholarship that have lead to that decision and speculation as to what
the future may hold.
