[Shacs] Summer Game Programming Course

[Dr. Tim McGuire]

We almost have enough students to have the CS470 Special Topics in Game
Programming course make.  We need two more to sign up.  
We'll be using Allegro, which is platform-independent, but I'm allowing a
special dispensation for those who want to design a (slow) Java game as
well.  Please let me know if you wish to take this course, because it
requires departmental approval.  

Students who took it
last year complained about the heavy work load, and loved every minute of
it.
