SHACS High Quality Counterfeit Warning

There is a picture on "The Wall" falsely accusing a distinguished member 
of the faculty of extolling the use of a designer drug.  It is not 
true!  The material utilized to produce the counterfeit must have been 
obtained in the past - you just cannot be that good!

He who laughs last, laughs best.  Keep that in mind.  Someone is going 
to have to pay the piper!
