A friend of mine isn't having much luck filling an open position at his

The job is basically a jr. - mid-level .NET developer.  The thing I like
best about working here is the big company benefits but they still have a
small company culture.  Everything is real relaxed and there is a lot of
opportunity for growth right now.  The business is booming for the company
and they've been giving us company performance bonuses which has been real
nice.

 

They've given me a base salary range of 55-65k for the position.  Pass it
