[Shacs] Houston Techfest, this Saturday, at U of H main campus

The Houston Techfest, which was scheduled for September, had only one
attendee--GALE-FORCE WINDS! If you were there in September, you arrived by
boat--or more plausible, by submarine. You weren't there, don't lie like you
were.

So, the Techfest has been rescheduled to *this Saturday, January 24th, at
the U of H main campus*.

If you're wondering what this is, the Houston Techfest is a
platform-agnostic* free conference, held this Saturday at U of H. Show up
for the sessions, show up for the freebies, show up if you're job hunting,
or if you plan to go job hunting at any time in the future. The full

I won't make apologies for the fact they're running the techfest site on a
DotNetNuke portal, though I probably should.

*Everyone's invited; that includes you too!*

On a Saturday, you're at most an hour or hour-fifteen drive from Huntsville.
U of H is right off the freeway. You can make it; time isn't an excuse.

I'll be there, as well as many as one (1) other confirmed SHSU alumni. *I'd
like to meet up with you (the collective you) if any of you show up.* Email
me direct (or the whole group) if you're coming.

If you plan on attending, and *if you want freebies, you must register*. Do
