[Shacs] Outside Contract Clients Up For Referrals

I've got some clients I see regularly to help them with small jobs and a few big jobs. I just don't have time to do outside contract work anymore so I'm looking for someone in the Huntsville area who is reliable enough for me to refer them to.

Usually problems consist of:
Forgetting those passwords they always seem to forget and needing someone to help them from there.
Help understanding the output of a virus that has infested their full admin Windows system.
Aftermath of that pesky relation who installs a bunch of junk on their computer (see above).
	Recovering lost data.
Fixing a crashed system while maintaining desired data, look, and feel.
	Troubleshooting failing hardware.
Other simple but time consuming problems.

I have one now who's been root kited and needs a full system re-install after her data has been backed up for restoral after the re-install. That's the quickest solid solution I can think of and I don't have time to do even that. I'm reluctant to refer her to any local shops whose employees I've talked with before and been thoroughly unimpressed with. That's not to say I've talked with all the employees of all the local shops but of the ones I have, I don't trust them to not see the folly of pointing the malicious script kiddy scripts they brag about at 127.0.0.1.

Of a small few of my clients I have made the law abiding mistake of not ripping a copy of the CDs that came with their systems before they could lose those CDs. So you may have to familiarize yourself with helping them order new CDs in the event that you need to do a full system re-install and wish to remain strictly compliant with copyright laws. If you do regular tech-work I'm sure you're familiar with this problem. I've found it's easier though not always time permissible to just take an occasional image of a working state of their system and storing that in a secure backup location.

Let me know if you or someone you know lives in the Huntsville area and give me a rundown of some examples of what the relevant person has done to fix some of the above problems if you or someone you know is interested in picking up some new regular clients.

-Drew
