Sorry, had a family issue come up at the same time and I’m not near a computer.
Is this issue still occurring?
Looping in the operator in case they need to get a hold of the windows admin on call to get those servers rebooted.

As you are probably aware the network went down around 2:40pm today and started coming back online around 3:30pm. Some services are restored (freedom pay) but Bearkat bucks are still offline. I did a power cycle on all POS and this did not correct the issue…any suggestions?
