Good day! We checked back on this and notice that the expo printer is set to Static IP. Should this be the correct set-up, please reach out to the Campus IT to make sure that the IP is set to active on the network. Also, the dink printer is not pulling an IP so this have to do something on the network side as well.

Great! This mean that your Expo1 printer is working as this is also showing online on our end. However, For the Drinks and Shakes printer, this will need to update the DNS. If your campus use a specific DNS then it will need to add this to your printer. Hi Matthew,
Have you tried using different cords or cables for both KDS? and kindly manually reboot the device following the steps below:
· If you’ve confirmed cables are secured and you’re in the correct view, you’ll want to reset your KDS
· Resetting KDS: Press and hold the power button on the PC box until the screen goes black > Wait 5 seconds > Press and hold the power button again to turn on the device
For both printer, Kindly have your IT to check the DNS connection as they are new and they need to update this one.

Thank you for your patience Matthew. I have already made some adjustments on our end as well as adding the new printers to CFA shop. Kindly print a configuration page for the "Drinks" and "Shakes" printer to reset the device. For the "Drink" printer it will need to update the DNS and that you will be needing the help of your campus IT.
Could you please try to reconnect the network for the Drinks and Expo KDS.

Please proceed with this order and include the entire bundle as you described.
As for the installation please plan for the week of August 4th arrive maybe the 4th or 5th .
Other than clearing of any data ports, IT@Sam will not be assisting with this job. So, the tech should come prepared to mount both the new and existing hardware and get connected to Grubhub.
Feel free to give my contact number and information to who every will be the contact from Insight.

Yes, I had to double check on some of the items listed here as we do not carry monitors on their own. With that being said I'm attaching a quote of the available items. The 24" KDS monitor is the entire bundle (Monitor, chromebox, bump bar) not just a monitor.
Most campuses will source their own monitors. I can source/order it for you, but it'll just be ordered through amazon. Not sure if you prefer to order this yourself, but again, happy to order this for you.
As for a tech to install this, I just need some additional information as this tech will be provided via our partner, Insight.
What is the targeted install date?
Will you need this tech to mount any monitors, drill into walls/counters?

5. 1-Grubhub Fry KDS Monitor (Chromebox & bump bar) Item 187e
One other item to note is we do in fact have 4 customer-facing ordering kiosk and not 3 as noted in the schedule below.
