Hello, beautiful people! You are receiving this email because you have expressed interest in the Doctoral Student Writing Collective and/or attended writing sessions. We want to thank you for participating and helping our community thrive! We truly hope you have been making progress towards your writing goals.
We also want to congratulate all of the newly minted DOCTORS! Since our start in 2024, 22 members have successfully defended their dissertations and become doctors! CONGRATULATIONS!
Lastly, we will be kicking off our Summer Sizzle Writing Sessions on Tuesday, June 3rd at 7pm EST via Zoom.
Summer sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 10pm EST via Zoom and run until Thursday, August 7th.

Good morning Scholars,
Happy Friday! Together, we've built this environment to foster belonging, celebrate our identities, and support one another through challenges. With everything happening in education right now, I want to emphasize that this is a place where you can speak freely and authentically.
With that said, I want to let you know that we will have a master's student from the department of counselor education<https://www.shsu.edu/programs/graduate/school-psychology/> joining us tonight. Morgan will be observing our group for an ethnographic study<https://hrpp.research.virginia.edu/teams/irb-sbs/researcher-guide-irb-sbs/e…> as part of a course assignment.
