Good morning Scholars,

Happy Friday! Together, we've built this environment to foster belonging, celebrate our identities, and support one another through challenges. With everything happening in education right now, I want to emphasize that this is a place where you can speak freely and authentically.

With that said, I want to let you know that we will have a master's student from the department of counselor education joining us tonight. Morgan will be observing our group for an ethnographic study as part of a course assignment. I've known Morgan personally for over 15 years and trust her with our space. She understands the importance of confidentiality and will ensure the safety of our community when sharing her data.

If her presence makes you uncomfortable, I completely understand. Your comfort in our space remains the priority. See you tonight!

Best,

Tracy
