[Banner-hr-payroll] UPDATED Early HR Review added to ePAF approvals

Dear EPAF Users,

As a service to our ePAF user community, we are adding an "early HR review" to the EPAF approval queue with a focus on identifying issues that might otherwise go unnoticed until late in the approval process.  Our goal is to avoid ePAFs having to be returned and resubmitted through the approval queue multiple times for minor issues.  While ePAFS that you have already created/submitted will not contain this approval level, anything created/submitted after 09/02/12 will require it.   Please be aware that any queues that you have created default values for will need to be updated.  The ePAFs that will have this added-value are:


Exempt - Additional Job Assignment, PT Position

Faculty - Additional Job Assignment, PT Position

Non-Exempt - Additional Job Assignment, PT Position

Exempt - Change Current Job Assignment

Faculty - Change Current Job Assignment

Non-Exempt - Change Current Job Assignment

Exempt - Change Employee Position Within Dept

Faculty - Change Employee Position Within Dept

Non-Exempt - Change Employee Position Within Dept

Exempt - Employee Transfer to New Dept

Faculty - Change Single Semester Assignment

Non-Exempt - Employee Transfer to New Dept

Exempt - End Job Assignment

Faculty - Development Leave

Non-Exempt - End Job Assignment

Exempt - Hire New Employee

Faculty - Employee Transfer to New Dept

Non-Exempt - Hire Return to Work SHSU Retiree, Hourly

Exempt - Hire Return to Work (non SHSU) Retiree

Faculty - End Job Assignment

Non-Exempt - Hire Return to Work SHSU Retiree, Salary

Exempt - Hire Return to Work SHSU Retiree

Faculty - Hire Return to Work (non SHSU) Retiree

Non-Exempt - Hire Temporary Staff (NBE/Less than 4.5 mnths)

Exempt - One Time Pay

Faculty - Hire Return to Work SHSU Retiree

Non-Exempt - New Hire Employee

Exempt - Separation/Retirement from SHSU

Faculty - Hire Single Semester

Non-Exempt - One Time Pay

Exempt - Stipend

Faculty - New Hire

Non-Exempt - Return to Work (non SHSU) Retiree, Hourly

Leave - Employee Suspension

Faculty - One Time Pay

Non-Exempt - Return to Work (non SHSU) Retiree, Salary

Leave - Leave Without Pay, With Benefits

Faculty - Overload Instruction

Non-Exempt - Separation/Retirement from SHSU

Leave - Leave Without Pay, Without Benefits

Faculty - Overload Reappointment

Non-Exempt - Stipend

Leave - Return to Work

Faculty - Reappoint Single Semester/9 Month Assignment

Misc - Change Hourly Current Job Assignment

Faculty - Separation/Retirement from SHSU

Misc - One Time Pay/Not Currently Employed

Faculty - Stipend


Faculty - Summer Assignment
