[Banner-hr-payroll] ePAF Update

In an effort to provide an added efficiency to the ePAF process, we have marked the social security NAME boxes as non-data enterable.  For the originator, this means that you will no longer enter the social security name as it appears on the employee social security card.   Instead, the spaces will remain blank.  The social security NUMBER - as required by state policy - will continue to be required at this time.
