Club Officers-

The end of the semester is fast approaching and we have a few things 
that still need to addressed:

1.  Remind your club members that banquet tickets can now be picked up 
from the Rec Sports Office.  A club member ticket is free and 
additional tickets are $10 each.

2.  If your clubs has any t-shirts or jerseys to enter in the t-shirt 
contest, please get those to Mandy ASAP.  If you have questions, call 
Mandy at 294-1929.

3.  We need your help in getting pictures, jerseys, equipment, etc. for 
decorations.  We have some photos and video, but we need your help.  
This is your chance to represent your club at the banquet.  If you have 
questions, contact Amy 294-1967 or Megan 294-4720.

4.  Paperwork is due on Friday, April 29th.  All end of the semester 
and yearly reports are due.  If you are unsure about which forms  are 
due, refer to your handbook, go online, or visit with your Club Sports 
Office contact person (Amy, Mandy, or Megan).

5.  Finally MANDATORY ALL OFFICER MEETING of the year will be on 
Monday, May 2nd at 5:00pm.  It is important that at least one person 
from each club is at this meeting.  We keep track of who is there and 
who is not.

6.  Majority of the clubs should be in the process of collecting 
equipment and uniforms.  Make sure that you get your stuff in.  If you 
need classroom space to have meetings to collect the items, let us know.

7.  If any of you or your club members are interested in joining the 
Club Sports Council, contact Jenny Gann.  The Council will be looking 
to fill positions soon, so look for more information to come soon.

Now that all of that is covered, good luck as you finish up the year.
