[Clubsports] Officer meeting/please bring

Hey guys,
I hope everyone is having a great semester and are anxiously anticipating
the Club Sport Open next weekend. In order to help our fans and fellow
club members we'll be making a schedule of events and rosters to be handed
out. Inorder to do this we need each club to turn in a roster  with each
players hometown, jersy number and postin for the weekend. Also, if you
have a recent team photo that you would like to be included bring that as
well. Please bring this information to the officer meeting on Monday.
Sorry for the late notice, but we need this info. as soon as possible.
