[Clubsports] Before School Starts TRAINING

Clubsports Officers,

The school year is just about to begin, which means a new season of club
sports. To have a smooth season we need to get the dirty work out of the
way. To do that we will be having mandatory training days. The schedule is
as follows:
Thursday Aug. 17th 2:30pm to 5:00pm talking about forms and reports
Friday Aug. 18th 6pm will be the Rec Sports block party were you can recruit
Saturday Aug. 19th 10am to 2pm talking about financial matters and lunch
will be provided.
Sunday Aug. 20th 5pm to 10pm will be budget presentations. Sign up sheets
are posted outside the club sports office downstairs in the hkc.

Reminder all officers need to be at the training days. There are a lot of
changes that are going on and you don't want your club to be out of the
loop.

I ALSO NEED TO RECEIVE ALL PAPERWORK FROM LAST SEMESTER... I AM STILL
MISSING SOME AND WILL BE A FACTOR DURING BUDGET DECISIONS. If you are not
sure if your club has done this please contact me.
