[Clubsports] Missing Paperwork!

Hey Clubs,

So I am missing paperwork that must be submitted before your team can
practice.  Also need Insurance Waivers before individuals can practice. 
Please submit the missing documents to me at my office ASAP!!!

Baseball - Constitution
Bowling - Constitution
Inline Hockey - Manual Signature, Contact List, Constitution
Women's Lacrosse - Manual Signature
Martial Arts (MASH) - Constitution
Outdoor Adventure - Manual Signature, Constitution
Powerlifting - Constitution
Women's Rugby - Completed - Thank You :)
Men's Rugby - Constitution
Women's Soccer - Constitution
Men's Soccer - Constitution
Tennis - Completed - Thank You :)
Ultimate Frisbee - Completed - Thank You :)
Women's Volleyball - Manual Signature, Constitution
Men's Volleyball - Completed - Thank You :)
Wrestling - Manual Signature, Contact List

Also if you haven't picked up a first aid kit & need one call me &
schedule a time to pick one up with myself or Jenny Gann.  I was told
there was garbage left on Pritchett...please be respectful & clean up
after yourself...Yo Mama isn't here to do if for you :)
