[StudyAbroad] PAID internship in Japan

Our partner Toyo Gakuen University offers an exciting long-term internship in Tokyo from September 2018 through July 2019!


The intern would work in their International Exchange Center and English Education Development Center, helping to internationalize the campus environment while also working as a teaching and office assistant.



The successful candidate will also conduct a practical project under supervision that will help them to develop various transferable skills through the experience and gain a deeper understanding of Japan. In addition, the intern will receive a monthly salary for his/her work, commuting subsidy, paid off-campus accommodation, and visa sponsorship.

The intern would however, be expected to cover the costs of a return ticket to Japan.


She/he will work five days a week, Monday through Friday, 9:00-17:00 and be fully supported by a mentor, our faculty, and staff. This would be an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or a student seeking a semester/ year abroad. We welcome students studying in a variety of disciplines and especially those studying Japanese or with an interest in education and/or culture, intercultural communication. Japanese ability is not required but is welcomed.
