Music Therapist in Chesapeake VA area?

I have a friend who is interested in establishing contact with a music 
     therapist in the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach/Suffolk/Norfolk Virginia 
     area for a possible contract opportunity working with a young girl on 
     grief issues.  Please email me privately if you are interested or if
