Our group is made up of members of AMTA, whose names we get from the 
AMTA Sourcebook, plus a few interested non-members who we happen 
across.  I'm not directly involved in any of the contracting, so I'm not the best 
person to ask.  I think most referrals in our area come from schools/parents.
