It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but the recently published
book (Barcelona Publishers), "Inside Music Therapy:  Client Experiences",
which is edited by Julie Hibben, may be of some use to you.  It talks about
music therapy from the clients' experience of the sessions, and I imagine
that that addresses satisfaction issues to a certain extent.
 
I wonder if you'd be so kind as to keep us posted as to what you
find/create.  I think it would be kind of interesting.
