Satisfaction Survey

[MT-PRO Music Therapy List]

As I am trying to do this in my "spare" time, this project may take me
awhile.  But, I will let everyone know what I find out.  Maybe even write an
article!  Thank you all for the feedback.  In talking to some fellow music
therapists here in Illinois, I have found out that some agencies have done
this kind of survey, although it might not be published, so if anyone has a
survey used at their agency that covers music therapy, and they are willing
to share, let me know.
