Reimbursement

[MT-PRO Music Therapy List]

Are there any MTs out there who have received insurance reimbursement 
(from 
HMOs, MN Medical Assistance, other) for MT services in Minnesota? I am 
particularly interested in outpatient pediatric populations and the amounts 
billed/paid, codes used, etc. Thanks!
