In response to Meredith's recent post regarding not being able to tell that a 
message is from the MT-PRO list:

Messages that come from MT-PRO should show the following in the FROM: space on 
your e-mail program:     FROM: mt-pro@lists.shsu.edu

If you see this, you know that it is a message from the MT-PRO list.
Of course, good list etiquette suggests that all messages have an informative 
SUBJECT heading and a signature.  This helps, too.
