needs assessment

What kind of course offerings for CMTE credit would be good for the
profession or for one's own development in the music therapy
profession?  That is, what educational needs do you think are out there
related to CBMT exam content outline?  I suppose this may be somewhat of
an "interests assessment" too.  What type of topics related to exam
content outline do you think people would be interested in pursuing
further?  Thanks in advance for any feedback!
