finding space?

hi, all...

i'm wondering if anyone has any experience finding (renting, whatever) space 
in which to do music therapy.  most of my work is within schools.  suddenly i 
am getting calls from people who want their children in therapy groups, but 
do not have access to music therapy in the school systems they are in.  any 
fairly low-rent ideas?
