Interns and charting

I just recently received word that our student program has been approved! 
We are trying to work out the processes involving interns and the fact that
we can no longer simply co-sign intern notes.  How are others in the field
handling the probable duplication of notes for groups? Also, any suggestions
as to how this change in charting has affected caseloads....Any info or
suggestions are appreciated...
