[Ntso] Colony Halloween Party and Trick or Treating

I just wanted to let everyone in NTSO know that the Colony Apartments (on 
campus) will be having a Halloween Carnival for the Children on October 30th 
at 5p.m.   The food is limited, but all of you are welcome to come.

We will also have trick or treating in the apartments too, around 7p.m.
