I think that would be a great idea!  My kids are of school age now, but it
would be wonderful if the school had something to offer during evening or
night classes.

It would be nice to have some EC-4 students in there to work as well. 
They could get alot of experience. Not to mention, children would benefit
by having caregivers who would really put forth some effort.  Not just
consider themselves "babysitters"!
