[Ntso] New SHSU Listserv for Discussion

Hello Everyone,

We have a second NTSO listserv now for discussion about topics that relate 
to non-traditional students or really about anything.  I highly recommend 
that you select the digest option on this listserv because it will be active 
from time to time as we talk to each other through email.

I hope that the group will enjoy this new listserv and the chat room as we 
all get to no each other.  We have 200 members in NTSO, and I think that it 
would be nice if we could talk back and forth and meet each other online.
