[Ntso] lunches update

Hello everyone,

I have run into some road blocks with the funding for the lunches, but I 
will be meeting with people soon to get this worked out.  Hopefully we can 
bring the lunches back by March or April.

Until then, we will have donuts and/or kolaches, and soft drinks at the 
meetings.
