[Ntso] Time to Start Voting!!!!

Hello Everyone,

The listserv is ready for voting.  Here is the ticket for next year's 
officer candidate:

Just vote "yes" or "no" next to each candidate, and send your vote to the 
main listserv at ntso at shsu.edu.

Since we were having server problems yesterday and some technical 
difficulties, lets extend the voting until 8a.m. Wednesday (5/3).
