[Ntso] Sam Houston Name Change Bill

Hello Everyone,

Let's all applaud the SGA for such a great job that they have been doing 
this year to have the name change bill approved.

The work that they are doing right now will go down in history for this 
university.  Everyone should read the article in the Today at Sam giving the 
latest details of what is happening with the bill.  It has made it to Gov. 
Perry's office!
