NTSO MEMBERS,
I want to apologies in advance for the lengthy email. We have several
things on the agenda.
First of all, We will be holding a meeting on Tuesday 2/12/08 In the LSC
ROOM 331 from 1-2pm. Megan Moormon from Career Services is coming and
will
talk about writing a resume for the Non-Trad. Its very informative and
helpful.
Next,
As you guys may or may not know I am graduating in May. We are in Dire
need to find officers for the 08/09 school year. Voting will be held in
April. If you are interested in filling a position, please post a bio on
the listserv or we can post them on blackboard or both. as for black
board
I believe that we can post them in the discussion section but Ill look
into it latter today. This is a great opportunity for you. I have truly
enjoyed being president the last two years. We have some aw some
advisor's
that have been ever present and helpful every step of the way. In my own
experience I have gained many friends, opportunities, knowledge and
experience along the way. I only wish I could have done this the entire
time I have been in college. So if you are looking to broaden your
horizons post your bio and take your chances. I know that you are
thinking
that you can't handle it or you have never something like that or what
ever that tells you no. But you can do it and this valuable experience
looks aw some on your resume too.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
Program Council is having a hay ride and stuff over at the gazebo
tonight.
They wanted us to know because its very kid friendly. I have no more
details than that, if i find any out Ill forward them along.

Hope to see you all tomorrow! Have a safe and Happy Valentines Day
