I am looking for some highly motivated, responsible students (either
master's level or very advanced undergrad) to help with some research
this summer. This is a multi-state study of sexual violence in prisons,
so the work might be ideal for someone with interests in forensic or
correctional work. The duties would involve reviewing and coding inmate
files in order to prepare a summary sheet that will be used to score
instruments and used by the clinical interviewers who meet with the
offenders. It is a paid position, though I admit the pay is not great
(perhaps $6-$8 per hour).
There would be some travel to different units involved, though drivers
would
be reimbursed. This could be for 20 (or more if desired) hours per
week.
Please contact me if you have any questions or are otherwise interested.
