   The Parker's Place



   <div>'Twas the night before the holiday party...and everybody was PSYCHED!!!</div><div><br></div><div>Similar to the fall social, GSPO will be catering some of the food, but please bring a potluck dish as well! Be sure to write in the Comments what you're bringing so we don't have duplicates.</div><div><br>This year's party will be BYOB. If you wanna get your drank on, please bring some!<br><br></div><div>We will also be doing the White Elephant gift exchange again this year! If you'd like to participate, please bring a funny or legitimately nifty gift costing between $5-10.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>The annual holiday party has a new venue this year, so take note! The Parker's Place is an adorable country ranch with awesome indoor and outdoor space (we're talking a fire pit, a small lake for fishing and paddle boats, swings, and ZIP LINES!!). Here are some directions on how to get to the property:</div><div><br></div><div>From the HEB on Sam Houston Ave (Hwy 75), travel south (away from 11th St, toward the Sam Houston statue). It is about 5 miles from the HEB, on the right side.</div><div><br></div><div>For those not in town, it is .4 miles down Hwy 75 from Park Road 40 (the road leading to the state park entrance).</div><div><br></div><div>It is on the West side of the road across from Outlaw Gap Golf Course. The entrance has a fence with American and Texas flags hanging on it. Once you enter, past the fence you'll see a pond with a fountain. We will have signs at the entrance and for parking.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Note: Due to the smaller indoor space and unpredictability of the weather, there is a NO PET policy for this party. Sorry, lil buddies. BUT we will be selling pet calendars there if you'd like to buy some (bring cash or check...$11 if GSPO dues-payer, $12 for non-dues payer, and $15 for both this year's and last year's calendar).</div><div><br></div><div>We can't wait to eat, drink, and be merry with you!</div><div>GSPO Exec</div><div><br></div>
