[Psychmasters] Volunteer/Donation Opportunity with Psi Chi

>From Psi Chi "I am sending out this email in regard to the Montgomery
County Women’s Shelter Halloween event we have coming up.

Listed below is the date, time, and general meeting location of the event.



Event date: *Saturday, October 27*

Meeting time: *9:30 a.m.*

Meeting location: *1401 Airport Rd, Conroe, TX 77301*



Below you will find the link to the Google Spreadsheet with the volunteer
sign-up sheet.  You *need *to sign up on the volunteer sheet if you are
going to attend this event. As the date gets closer, we will be sending out
the nondisclosure agreement that you will have to sign in order to go to
the shelter.


In addition to volunteer sign-ups, Psi Chi/Psychology Club is also asking
members to donate items on the list attached to the volunteer sign-up sheet
and/or cash to help buy supplies.


Some of the activities we are planning for the event include
Trunk-or-Treating, Mummy Bowling, Decorating Superhero Capes, and Face
Painting!  The donation list has all of the supplies that we are in need of
to put these activities together.

Please take a look at it and put your name down next to the item(s) you are
donating.  Once we have the list completed, extra things can be added that
you may think of. You can bring these items with you the day of the event,
or drop them off in Jessica Lee's office (CHSS 318).  If you plan on
donating cash, please get with our Treasurer, Gwyneth Rufer- Her email is
gmr012 at shsu.edu or you can drop it off to Jessica in her office.


Any donation will be greatly appreciated and will help this event kick off
to a great start!
