I just wanted to pass along some important deadlines for you to keep in mind this summer – see attached! For thesis students, pay particular attention to the June 19th deadline…


June 19, 2020

Last day to complete a public defense of the thesis/dissertation.

• Student must start an Electronic Route Sheet, and the department must send a signed report of the outcome

of the thesis/dissertation defense to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences Dean's Office.

Last day to submit a letter requesting a permanent embargo for electronic thesis/dissertations to the Dean of The

Graduate School
