Dear SHSU Colleagues and Students,

The Walker County Office of Emergency Management will hold drive-through COVID testing sessions at the Walker County Fair Grounds<https://goo.gl/maps/FQJHP4kBsJwBGCwM9> on the following dates and times:


  1.  September 15, 2020 (8:00 am until 4:00 pm)
  2.  September 22, 2020 (8:00 am until 4:00 pm)
  3.  September 29, 2020 (8:00 am until 4:00 pm)

The COVID tests are free to anyone who presents (including SHSU students), registration will occur on-sight, and testing will continue until 4:00 pm or they run out of tests. The Walker County Fair Grounds are located at: 3925 SH 30, Huntsville, TX 77340<https://goo.gl/maps/FQJHP4kBsJwBGCwM9>. Upon your arrival, just follow the signs. Questions about COVID testing can be directed to Walker County Office of Emergency Management Office at: (936)-435-8790.
