?Hi folks, I'd like to invite you to an event hosted by the Clinical Psychology Program Diversity Committee happening Wed at 3:30-5pm.  Dr. Adam Schmidt from Texas Tech University will be joining us via Zoom to discuss working with clients and students with disabilities.  The format will be a moderated discussion; topics covered include big picture questions regarding how disability fits among other diversity issues, clinical work, classroom accommodations, and steps to improve inclusion as it pertains to disability.  Dr. Schmidt is a former faculty member at SHSU and remains a friend of the Program and Department.  He has lived experience with being a graduate student and psychologist while dealing with a visual impairment.
