We are actively seeking dedicated MA facilitators to join our team this summer in the weTHRIVE Lab's skills-based program. The weTHRIVE Lab's first responder program provides teleservices to equip first responders with essential skills for their demanding roles. As a volunteer MA facilitator, students will play a vital role in delivering these skills to participants, while also having the opportunity to contribute to ongoing research and development efforts.

Key highlights of the program:
-Teleservices: The program will be conducted completely remotely, allowing participants to access training conveniently from their own locations.
-Skills Development: MA facilitator will help first responders enhance their emotion regulation skills to help improve their psychological wellness.
-Research Focus: MA facilitators can contribute to ongoing research efforts and support evidence-based practices.

Please pass this information along to your students. Students will need to commit to between 5-10 hours a week. Interested students can reach out to Dr. Temilola Salami at tesalami at pvamu.edu<mailto:tesalami at pvamu.edu>. She would be happy to provide you with further details about the program and answer any questions you may have.

Best regards,
