We have some exciting news to share about Tevera!

Tevera Support will be joining the larger Lumivero family on the Lumivero homepage and Community.  As a result, we are incredibly excited about being able to offer an even stronger Support experience as well as presenting additional options for interacting with Support.

Some key changes to be aware of as we move closer to our launch:

What stays the same:

  *   The Tevera Software Solution
  *   The Tevera Support Experience
  *   Product access

What’s changing:

In-Product support access to the Tevera Knowledge Base will be replaced by a link to take you to the Lumivero Community.  From there you will be able to submit new Support Cases, view/interact with open cases, and access our comprehensive Knowledge Bases.

All previously bookmarked links will need to be updated as a result.

Presently, Tevera Members have the option to search the Knowledge Base, create a ticket or view open Support Tickets with the current in-product view below:

Soon, the in-product support option will be replaced by a link to the Lumivero Community (pictured below) where you will have the same options. Once logged in, you can view and interact with existing cases as well as submit cases with a reduced case form. Support options are located on the top right of the site.

All of these changes will empower you to access all of your Tevera Support needs in one centralized location!  You will be working with the same great Support team you’ve come to trust and rely on, just requesting their time through a new path.

Details will follow over the next week on how Tevera Members will be auto enrolled to the Community and we will also send another reminder prior to the actual changeover date.
