The first event to celebrate Hispanic Heritage is scheduled for Sep. 15 at 4 pm as a Zoom event.<br>
Pablo Picasso is one of the most well-known Hispanic artists in history, changing modern art forever. The Spanish painter began as a classical artist before developing his own unique groundbreaking style. Picasso almost certainly produced over 50,000 works
of art in his lifetime. Enrique Mallen will present his two recent books <i>Pablo Picasso and Dora Maar: A Period of Conflict (1936–1946)</i> (Sussex, 2021) and
<i>Pablo Picasso: The Aphrodite Period (1924–1936)</i> (Sussex, 2020).</p>
