[Sigtaudelt] Sigma Tau Delta Scholarships and Awards

You can start applying NOW for Sigma Tau Delta scholarships and awards.  The deadline for applying is Nov. 8.  The application process is entirely online at http://www.english.org/sigmatd/awards/scholarships.shtml In addition to undergraduate and graduate scholarships for the 2012-2013 school year, scholarships are provided for study abroad programs for the summer.  Also awards are given for presentations done at academic conferences, including our own Honors Conference.  If you plan to be teaching English in 2012-2013, there is also a monetary award for that.

Our chapter provides a $25 incentive for applying, and an additional $100 for anyone winning an award.  If you plan to apply, please let me know, as I have to certify your membership.
