Good morning, Dr. Dowdey!

There is a homemade guillotine in the kitchen next door and I'm trying to find its owner. Would you happen to know who brought it so I may contact them to pick it up? In the meantime, I am going to put it in the Sigma Tau Delta closet because it takes up a lot of space.
