[Sigtaudelt] Book Sale and Convention

We will be having our book sale in the Evans lobby on Tuesday, Oct. 14, Wednesday, Oct. 15, and Thursday, October 17 from 10-2 p.m. If you can work any of that time, please let me know so we can get shifts scheduled. Also  be sure and stop by to look over the books, purchase a book bag or a T-shirt.

You may submit papers for the international convention until Oct. 27.  You may submit a critical, scholarly paper in any aspect of English language, literature, teaching English, film and popular culture, literature of the Southwest, creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry.  The convention this year is in Albuquerque, NM March 18-21.  Our chapter helps pay your expenses.  If you would like some help deciding what to submit or getting some editing help, I will be happy to read your paper and make suggestions.  Last year we had three of our students accepted.
